Overview
The customer has the option to return the product to HorsePowerParts within fourteen (14) days in accordance with the following return policy:
The product was purchased for private use.
Before returning the product, the customer must contact the retailer to arrange the details of the return.
The purchaser must return the product to the outlet that delivered the product to the customer.
If the product has been used, the purchaser is obliged to reimburse the depreciation of the product in the event of withdrawal.
HorsePowerParts will refund the purchase price of the product less the delivery costs and the depreciation. In the case of hire-purchase financing, any outstanding credit (paid to the financing company) and related financing costs (interest, set-up costs, etc.) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The product to be returned must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.
HorsePowerParts will check with the customer that the product meets the above conditions for return.
In the case of a spare part product, the packaging must be as sold and the part must not have been installed or used. Any costs for cleaning, etc. will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
The refund amount will be paid to the account specified by the customer within fourteen (14) days of the return of the product.
If HorsePowerParts later discovers defects in the product returned by the buyer, which have occurred while the product was in the buyer’s possession, HorsePowerParts shall be entitled to claim back from the buyer the amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product.
As a matter of priority, disputes will be settled by negotiation between the dealer and the customer.

Asiakkaalla on mahdollisuus palauttaa tuote HorsePowerParts:lle neljäntoista (14) vuorokauden sisällä seuraavien palautusehtojen mukaisesti:
Tuote on hankittu yksityiskäyttöön.
Ennen palautusta asiakkaan on oltava yhteydessä myyjäliikkeeseen palautuksen yksityiskohtien sopimiseksi.
Ostajan tulee palauttaa tuote siihen toimipisteeseen, joka on tuotteen asiakkaalle luovuttanut.
Jos tuote on otettu käyttöön, on ostajalla velvollisuus korvata peruuttamistilanteessa tuotteen arvonalennus.
HorsePowerParts palauttaa tuotteen kauppahinnan vähennettynä toimituskuluilla ja arvonalennuksella. Mikäli tuotteessa on osamaksurahoitus, vähennetään palautettavasta summasta mahdollisesti jäljellä oleva luotto (maksetaan rahoitusyhtiölle) sekä siihen liittyvät rahoituskustannukset (korko, perustamiskulut jne.).
Palautettavan tuotteen tulee olla kaikilta osin samassa kunnossa kuin se oli asiakkaalle luovutettaessa.
HorsePowerParts tarkistaa yhdessä asiakkaan kanssa, että tuote täyttää edellä mainitut palautuksen ehdot.
Varaosatuotteessa pakkaus pitää olla myyntikuntoinen ja osaa ei ole asennettu tai käytetty. Mahdolliset pesu- ym. puhdistuskustannukset vähennetään palautettavasta summasta.
Palautussumma maksetaan asiakkaan ilmoittamalle tilille neljäntoista (14) vuorokauden sisällä tuotteen palautuksesta.
Jos HorsePowerParts huomaa ostajan palauttamassa tuotteessa puutteita myöhemmin, jotka ovat syntyneet tuotteen ollessa ostajan hallussa, on HorsePowerParts:lla oikeus hakea ostajalta takaisin tuotteen arvonalenemista vastaava summa.
Ensisijaisesti riita-asiat pyritään ratkaisemaan jälleenmyyjän ja asiakkaan välisillä neuvotteluilla.
